Within South Africa: 2–4 working days for Cape Town and the Western Cape, 4–7 working days for the rest of SA. Internationally: 3–7 days express to UK/EU/USA, 7–14 days standard. Live rates calculated at checkout.

Yes — we ship worldwide via DHL Express and the SA Post Office. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination. Customers are responsible for any import duties or customs fees in their home country.

You have 30 days to return or exchange any unworn item with tags. See our full returns policy.

Return shipping is at the customer's expense (R75 with PAXI), unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect — in which case we cover it.

Yes — we never see or store your full card details. Payments are processed by PCI-DSS compliant providers (Payfast / Yoco).

Cold hand-wash recommended for the first 2 washes. After that, machine wash on a delicate cycle. Tumble dry low or line dry in shade. Iron on reverse.

Authentic Shweshwe softens slightly with the first wash — that's part of the character. After 2–3 washes, colour is set and will hold beautifully for years.
