• Cape Town & Western Cape: 2–4 working days
• Johannesburg, Pretoria, Durban (major centres): 3–5 working days
• Rest of South Africa: 4–7 working days
• Outlying / farm areas: 5–9 working days

Shipping cost (within South Africa)

• Orders R0–R798: R75 flat rate (PAXI to your nearest pickup point) or R110 (door-to-door via The Courier Guy)
• Orders R799+: Free standard shipping (door-to-door)
• Express overnight (major centres): R175 — order before 11:00 SAST

International delivery

We ship worldwide via DHL Express and the SA Post Office. Live rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your destination.

• UK, EU & USA (express): 3–7 working days
• UK, EU & USA (standard): 7–14 working days
• Rest of Africa: 5–10 working days
• Asia, Australia & rest of world: 7–18 working days

Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by their home country. We declare goods at full value to comply with international shipping regulations.
