Our promise

If your Tari Designs piece doesn't fit, or you've changed your mind, return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. No drama.

What can be returned

Items in original, unworn condition with all tags still attached
Returned within 30 days of delivery
In their original packaging where possible

What can't be returned

Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
Items without original tags
Sale items marked as final sale
Cushion covers if removed from sealed packaging (hygiene reasons)

How to return

Email us at returns@taridesigns.co.za with your order number and the reason for return
We'll send you a returns label and instructions within 24 hours
Drop your parcel at any PostNet, PAXI point, or The Courier Guy outlet
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll refund within 5 working days

Return shipping cost

For exchanges and refunds, return shipping is at the customer's expense (R75 flat with PAXI). If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, return shipping is on us.

Exchanges

Want a different size or colour? Mention it in your returns email. We'll hold your replacement and ship it the moment your return is checked in.

Refunds

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5 working days of receiving your return. Bank-side processing can take an additional 2–7 days.
